Already have lawyers involved but want another view?

RWS can independently review the key documents, evidence and existing strategy and give a view on where the case stands, what may have been overlooked and what the realistic options are.

The purpose is not to duplicate work already being done. It is to test the strategy and look at the dispute with fresh eyes.

RWS can work alongside existing solicitors, barristers or other advisers where a client wants additional strategic, drafting or analytical support.
