RWS was founded by Ryan Williams to provide experienced, practical assistance in contentious matters without the cost structure of a traditional law firm. It operates as an independent, unregulated legal consultancy — a dispute resolution consultant for individuals and businesses who need City-level expertise without City-firm overhead.

Ryan qualified as a solicitor in 2013 and later became a partner specialising in dispute resolution at a City law firm. His experience includes complex commercial and civil disputes, negotiation, settlement strategy, litigation strategy, arbitration and the preparation of substantial contentious matters.

RWS gives clients direct access to that experience through a smaller and more flexible consultancy model. The emphasis is on clear analysis, strategic thinking, careful drafting and identifying the practical route through a dispute.

Where appropriate, fees can be agreed in advance or on a fixed-fee basis, giving clients greater visibility and control over cost.
