Ryan can review a defined set of papers, examine the evidence and present strategy, and explain the strengths, difficulties and practical options.
Before work begins, you agree:
- the questions to be considered;
- the papers to be reviewed;
- whether you will receive a written assessment, a discussion or both; and
- the fee and timetable.
A fixed fee can be agreed for a defined review where appropriate. The review is undertaken within RWS's permitted non-reserved scope.
